1. Booking & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in time may incur a charge of one night's stay.

2. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-out: 12 PM
• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment & Charges

Payment must be made at the time of booking or upon check-in, depending on the reservation type. Extra charges may apply for room services, mini-bar usage, or damage to hotel property.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for maintaining respectful behavior towards other guests and staff. Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest’s account.

5. Privacy Policy

6. Liability

The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage of guest belongings unless stored in hotel lockers or deposited at the front desk.

7. Changes to Terms
